Marketplace role

FlaxCity is a multivendor marketplace and discovery platform. Vendors and service providers list products, services, vehicles, apartments, prices, images, availability, delivery areas, and contact details. FlaxCity provides the technology, visibility tools, order routing, support workflow, and platform controls.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide correct name, phone number, email, delivery address, and location information when placing an order or booking.
• Confirm product details, specifications, warranty, delivery cost, payment method, and final availability before paying or accepting delivery.
• Inspect items or service output as soon as reasonably possible and report issues quickly with photos, videos, order details, and vendor name.
• Use the platform lawfully and do not submit false orders, abusive messages, fraudulent payment claims, or misleading information.

Vendor and provider responsibilities

• List only real, lawful, available, and accurately described products or services.
• Use correct images, prices, specifications, stock quantities, business hours, service areas, and warranty information.
• Fulfil orders and bookings within the promise shown to customers or communicate delays promptly.
• Respect customer privacy and use customer details only for order, booking, support, delivery, or lawful business follow-up connected to FlaxCity activity.
• Maintain required business approvals, licenses, tax information, identity verification, and service quality standards where applicable.

Prices, payments, and subscriptions

• Displayed prices should be accurate, but final price, delivery cost, stock availability, and payment method must be confirmed before dispatch or service delivery.
• Vendor subscription access, sponsored placement, advertising tools, verification badges, and FlaxCity Agent features depend on the package approved by Super Admin.
• Manual package payments are activated only after FlaxCity verifies payment. Future online payments may allow automatic verification where supported.
• Advertising budgets may include ad platform costs plus FlaxCity platform commission when campaign pricing is shown before payment.

Fair use and enforcement

• FlaxCity may review, hide, suspend, or remove listings, vendor accounts, service profiles, ads, or user accounts that breach platform standards.
• FlaxCity may prioritize sponsored or verified listings where disclosed, while keeping search and ranking useful for customers.
• Fraud, counterfeit listings, unsafe services, harassment, privacy abuse, or repeated order failures may lead to suspension or removal.
